We coach “transparently,” meaning we constantly tell you what we are doing and why we are doing it.  This keeps any mystery out of the process, and empowers you to be able to coach others more effectively.

You not only focus and follow through and produce better results with less effort yourself, you develop the ability to evoke the same in others.

How Our Programs Go Beyond Typical "Training" Programs

If you don’t like your results and want to improve them, one thing you can do is to learn new actions or techniques that enable you to get better results.

 You take new actions that produce different results


This is what you get in a typical training course.  New time management skills, new technical skills, new interpersonal techniques.

That's all well and good.  We've got nothing against training. 

In fact, we teach you and your team our proprietary accountability training process and actions.  These actions reduce interference and upgrade your "interpersonal operating system" so people focus and follow through.

 

"But Wait, There’s More…"

Something much greater happens.  We coach you so that not just your actions change, YOU change. 

Specifically, your perspective, or your “lens” on your world changes.

As a result, whole new possibilities for actions appear for you; Powerful actions that you couldn’t see through your old lenses.  (See page 18 in our book Who Will Do What By When for more on the power of your lenses). 

 

 
When you change, a huge range of possible actions emerge.


 

Sort of like Columbus and the world being flat. 

If you think your world is flat you can take different actions (like “sails” training or downsizing your hull so you can get from one port to another faster), but none will take you far from the shore. 

You won’t be stretching yourself the way you need to for real success -- you’ll always be focused on the “shore thing.”

You might get slightly better results, but nothing that's going to have you remembered long.

But if you change your paradigm to “the world is round,” whole new possibilities emerge.

You see a whole New World and choose different, more powerful, more effective actions -- actions you’d never considered before because you couldn’t see them through your old lenses.

And these new actions enable you and your team to focus and follow through – on the RIGHT actions – producing better results with less effort.

Instead of "creeping" forward by just learning some new actions, you "leap" forward by seeing your environment in a whole new way.

NOTE:  You might be thinking, “That’s not me, I don’t see my world as flat.” 

We disagree.   Our paradigms are like our body odor – we don’t smell our own.

We all have blind spots.  Limiting beliefs we don’t see that hold us back.

Perhaps you have a bigger box than most, but rest assured you’re in a box.

Our assessments and coaching process draw those limiting beliefs out and enable you to blast through them.

If you’re feeling stuck, either personally or business-wise, chances are you are locked in a paradigm that’s keeping you close to shore.  It is unlikely that you’ll discover any New Worlds looking at your world through your current lenses.

And it is unlikely you’ll make the breakthough on your own -- certainly not as fast as you could with coaching.
